The operation provides an opportunity for some historical partners to exit the capital, while Beno\u00eet Petit, R\u00e9mi Allion, General Directors, and Isabelle Delannoy, Administrative and Financial Director of the group, strengthen their participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside this operation, the group is reinforcing its capacity to accelerate development by raising senior debt of 10 million euros from BNP Paribas, ABN Amro Bank N.V., Banque Populaire du Nord, and Caisse d’Epargne et de Pr\u00e9voyance des Hauts-de-France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded in 1995 and based in Villeneuve-d’Ascq and Paris, the Nortec group is a multidisciplinary technical engineering firm in the building sector, active in housing (new construction and rehabilitation), industry, commercial, educational, and leisure sectors. The group has more than 74 employees and achieved a turnover of 12 million euros in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this operation, a multidisciplinary team from Cornet Vincent S\u00e9gurel supported the Nortec group and its managers for the capital reorganization on one hand, and for the implementation of structured financing on the other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
