The group generated \u20ac196 million in revenue in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With more than 200 retail locations in France and abroad, the company had nevertheless been weakened by the crisis affecting the clothing sector, directly linked to market changes, the arrival of new competitors, and declining store traffic. A massive cyberattack during 2023 compounded these challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After initial restructuring measures begun in 2023 (job protection plan and store closures), the group requested safeguard proceedings from the Commercial Court of Lille M\u00e9tropole with the goal of securing its future and accelerating its restructuring.
