Fortifi, a global leader in food processing equipment and automation solutions, has acquired the French company LIMA (Les Innovations M\u00e9caniques Alimentaires).<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Based in Quimper, LIMA is one of France’s leading designers and manufacturers of separation and deboning equipment for meat production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Founded in 1981, LIMA distributes its products worldwide. Present in 15 countries across five continents, Fortifi offers a wide range of solutions for the food industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


A multidisciplinary team from Cornet Vincent S\u00e9gurel advised LIMA’s shareholders, including its CEO and two minority shareholders, on the sale of 100% of the company’s capital to the American group Fortifi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
