An application has also been set up to notify parents of the various stages of childcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For sustainable development<\/strong><br>The association is also financed through sustainable development. In addition, the firm&#8217;s website has been hosted on carbon-neutral servers since 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Green IT &#8211; Hardware: <\/strong>Following our carbon footprint assessment conducted in 2024, the firm has decided to prioritize the purchase of refurbished hardware whenever possible. This measure allows us to reduce the carbon footprint of our operations.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Building energy performance:<\/strong> we are committed to optimizing the energy performance of our offices wherever possible. Our new offices in Rennes have been awarded the HQE B\u00e2timent Durable label, with energy consumption 40% below the required threshold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:49px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Limiting unnecessary travel: <\/strong>the firm uses remote meetings, conferences and training whenever appropriate. Following the implementation of this action, the firm recorded a 47% drop in plastic bottle consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Waste sorting and recovery: <\/strong>a waste sorting and recovery policy is implemented in our offices whenever the configuration of the premises allows. For employees, the firm has set up a skills development plan and regularly organizes individual professional interviews during which skills and training objectives are set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to their work, many of our lawyers are involved in academic training courses (DJCE, Masters, etc.) in most of the cities where we operate.
