Perle Pascaud-Blandin holds a Master II in European Business Law from the University of Paris-Sud. She also holds a degree in business law from the University of Leicester and a diploma in "Juriste Linguiste" from the French Grande Ecole of Intercultural Management and Communication.<\/p>\n
After having worked for nearly 8 years with the law firm Deloitte, Société d'Avocats in Paris-La Défense, during which time she practised commercial law, distribution law and commercial litigation, Perle Pascaud-Blandin joined Cornet Vincent Segurel in 2022, as part of Hubert Biard's team.<\/p>\n
Perle Pascaud-Blandin mainly advises on commercial law (competition, distribution), drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, managing compliance issues (Sapin II Law, Anti-Gift Law, Transparency Law) and commercial litigation on behalf of national and international clients.
