Pierre-Jean FERRY holds a DJCE-DESS in business and tax law from the University of Lyon III and a Higher Certificate in tax law from the University of Montpellier. He has been practicing the profession for 24 years.<\/p>\n
He was a lawyer at Magellan from 1997 to 2004 and joined Lamy & Associés in 2004, becoming a partner the following year. He joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel with his team in 2018 and is active in all areas of corporate law (mergers and acquisitions, LBO\/MBO leveraged buy-outs, fund raising, management profit-sharing, etc.).<\/p>\n
He is also a lecturer in various specialised Masters at EM Lyon and for MBAs. In addition, he is at the origin of the company law programme of the Lyon 3 Institute of Business Law and Economics Professional Master in Business Law . Finally, he teaches as an expert at the CRA.<\/p>\n
Pierre-Jean FERRY is a member of the Bar Council and holds the position of Treasurer. He was the Rhône-Alpes President of the ACE Jeunes and a member of the ACE regional office.<\/p>\n
