After beginning his career early in 2000 in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of the Paris Office of Cornet Vincent Ségurel, Pierre LAMIDON spent a number of years with the International department of the French firm FIDAL.<\/p>\n
He practiced in the area of taxation, in particular with respect to mergers and acquisitions taxation and restructurings in an international context.<\/p>\n
In 2010, he returned to Cornet Vincent Ségurel as a partner in the Rennes Office to develop the company and tax law practices. He represents numerous companies in all aspects of their business. He assists both on a day-to-day basis with respect to operational problems and in their structuring and their reorganisation, or during exceptional transactions. With his team, he represents regional, national, or international clients.<\/p>\n
