Sébastien HAREL joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 2005 after working for several years as a research and teaching assistant at the Law School of the University of Rennes.<\/p>\n
He both advises and litigates in commercial law (commercial contracts, banking law, guarantees) and economic law (distribution agreements, economic law and regulation). A significant part of his practice relates to insolvency proceedings for distressed companies and their management and their partners (co-contractors, investment funds, creditors) or acquirers.<\/p>\n
Sébastien HAREL has developed strong expertise in company law litigation (post-sale disputes, representations and warranties, conflicts among shareholders).<\/p>\n
Sébastien HAREL holds a master's degree in Business law from the University of Rennes (DJCE), where he regularly teaches courses on distressed companies and company law litigation.<\/p>\n
