After working with an English firm, René-Pierre ANDLAUER created his own firm in partnership with André WATBOT, then joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel in January 2014 to join in the development of our Rennes Office.<\/p>\n
He mainly works in Mergers & acquisitions or private equity transactions (LBOs, MBOs, OBOs, management packages, capital investment). He advises in the long term privately-held companies or groups, family-owned or institutional.<\/p>\n
He has developed significant industry expertise in the sector of renewable energy in which he regularly works for both French and foreign clients.<\/p>\n
René-Pierre ANDLAUER holds a Masters' degree from the Law School of the University of Montpellier, he has been teaching at the University of Rennes Law School since 2003, in particular the Master 2 Business & Tax Law.<\/p>\n
He is a member of various professional associations, among them ECO ORIGIN.
