Matthieu GUIGNARD started off at Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 2001. He has been a partner in the firm since 2010.<\/p>\n
Practicing in the area of company law, he has strong experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions, LBOs, capital investment, and reorganisations and restructuring of companies and groups.<\/p>\n
He represents clients consisting principally of company management and investment funds. His practice area covers all tax aspects of such transactions.<\/p>\n
Matthieu GUIGNARD has also developed expertise in financing transactions (financing of acquisitions, industrial facilities, and real property) to which he devotes a significant portion of his practice and, in this regard, represents banks and borrowers in connection with the implementation of structured finance transactions.<\/p>\n
