He has been a partner since 2005.<\/p>\n<p>He holds a certificate of specialization in Commercial, Business and Competition Law and speaks English and Spanish.<\/p>\n<p>Nicolas de la TASTE is a former member of the Bar Council. He was President of the Communication Commission of the Nantes Bar Association and is a trainer at EDAGO (Ecole Des Avocats du Grand Ouest).<\/p>\n<p>His practice covers commercial litigation, economic criminal law, commercial contracts, industrial and energy markets, as well as transportation and complex collections.<\/p>\n<p>He mainly advises regional and national groups, as well as foreign companies, in the industrial, service and transport sectors, as well as significant players in the cooperative, agri-food and energy sectors. He has solid experience in contractual practice, commercial and criminal litigation and judicial expertise.<\/p>\n<p>He assists managers and their companies in complex criminal litigation (tax fraud, favoritism, influence peddling).<\/p>\n<p>This experience has also enabled him to deploy two complementary offers: crisis management and compliance.
