Management and organisation

Cornet Vincent Ségurel’s development and continued growth is the product of a collegial management and a rigorous, adaptive, and reactive organisation.

Management is structured around:

- a Management Committee of three to five partners appointed for three years, assisted by the administration and finance director, responsible for management of the firm and implementation of its strategy.

- a Strategic Committee made of the members of the Management Committee and five other partners, responsible for developing the Firm’s long-term strategy and recommending improvements of our services.

To support our practice and development Cornet Vincent Ségurel relies on a support staff of 40 composed of of :

- a finance-administration director,

- a human resources manager,

- two communications managers,

- an accounting department,

- an IT manager,

- a filing manager.
