After working at UGGC and August & Debouzy, Marie-Christine Monsallier joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel as of counsel in October 2023.
Marie-Christine Monsallier's practice focuses on corporate law (shareholders' agreements, negotiation and drafting of contracts for the sale of securities, warranties, resolution of disputes between partners, intra-group agreements), mergers and acquisitions (mergers, demergers and partial contributions of assets) and commercial law (sale of businesses and commercial contracts).
Marie-Christine Monsallier holds a doctorate in law and is a senior lecturer (HDR) at Paris-Dauphine University, where she teaches company law, commercial law, business criminal law and corporate law and asset management.
She is a member of the ACE, co-delegate general of the Commissions and Sections and vice-president of the Company Law Commission.
