Dominique STUCKI has a masters (“DESS”) in business law and a DEA in European law and is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur d'Interprétariat et de Traduction de Paris (English/German). He has more than twenty years' experience in corporate finance, and advises financial institutions (banks, FinTech, asset managers, payment institutions, funds, insurers, crypto-assets exchanges and crowdfunding or platforms).
As active member of the French Finance Innovation Institute, he is one of the leading lawyers in FinTech and PropTech, a member of several associations and working groups in these fields and the author of numerous publications on these subjects (including the Thomson Reuters FinTech Guide - France).
His activity includes advising on the creation of funds (in private equity, private debt and real estate) and representation of investors or managers in private equity transactions, IPOs and ICOs) and in M&A.
Finally, he has a proven track record in stock market litigation (especially in disputes between officers/majority shareholders and minority funds in the event of takeover bids).
