Arthur PIERRET began his career in 1992 with the firm Gide Loyrette Nouel. He then successively worked for Dentons, EY and Fidal.
He acquired sound experience in acquisitions and transfers in France and abroad, as well as in commercial contracts, in particular at international level.
He has assisted numerous French and international groups in negotiations and drawing up contracts relating to distribution, commercial agencies, technology transfers, construction, and in establishing international subsidiaries, concluding joint venture agreements, business acquisitions, reorganization of subsidiaries and drawing up intragroup agreements.
Arthur PIERRET is involved in every step of the realization of an operation, including the method of financing (equity funding, bank debt, complex securities).
He advises businesses, financial investors (on both equity and mezzanine), and management teams on issues of governance and legal and operational risk management. He holds a D.E.J.A (Diplôme d'Etudes Juridiques Approfondies) in Anglo-American law from Université Paris X, studied and undertook research under the Scholar LL.M. Program at Columbia Law School in New York.
Arthur PIERRET works equally well in French or English, either in negotiations or in drawing up documents, thereby ensuring smoother and more responsive negotiations – both with contacts whose first language is English as with other nationalities.
