Today, we have a team of 27 lawyers (including 8 partners).
Employment law is a complex fast-changing area, and a source of major risks (human, financial, and criminal).
Daily involvement with it by any CEO and/or HR department requires rapid and appropriate solutions.
Our role is to make this area of the law more accessible to our clients (very small enterprises, SMEs, groups) and make it into a managerial asset.
We propose strategic, pragmatic, innovative safe and secure solutions in light of the expectations of the client, of statutory law, and case law.
We work in all areas of employment law.
Above and beyond daily aspects of employment law, we also act in connection with more complex transactions involving major stakes (ex: restructurings, transfers of companies, etc.), working in particular with the departments mergers and acquisitions and distressed companies.
We also support our clients by representing them vis-à-vis governmental authorities, like the Office of the Labor Inspector , the DIRECCTE (Regional Department for Companies, Competition, Work, and Employment), Office of Workplace Health , and agencies relating to the health care system (Primary Sick Fund (health care insurance), URSSAF (agency for collecting payments to the health care and family allocations system), CRA (-association of buyers and sellers of businesses).
We are involved at all stages in supporting our clients: providing both advisory and pre-litigation services, litigation involving labor and employment law, and the health care/health insurance system (“Sécurité Sociale”).
These services are provided proactively.
