The Scutum Group is continuing to expand by acquiring 100% of the capital of Fichet-Bauche Télésurveillance. This transaction will enable the group to extend its technological and human commitment in the remote surveillance sector in France, and more specifically in the management of sensitive sites. The merger is part of the Scutum Group's ambitious external growth strategy, which in recent years has enabled it to strengthen its leadership position in France, Germany, the UK and the US, while extending its reach into Switzerland, Austria and Poland.
With over 30 years' experience in remote surveillance, Fichet-Bauche Télésurveillance stands out for the exceptional quality of its services, delivered from its two APSAD P5-certified alarm reception centres in Vélizy Villacoublay and Saint Laurent du Var. APSAD P5 certification is the highest in France.
