Our independent law firm has some 120 members of staff, of whom more than 70 are lawyers sharing the same values of professionalism and close client relationships inherited from our founders Joël Cornet, Alexandre Vincent and Gérard Ségurel.
The founding firms of litigators and transaction lawyers were formed in 1972 and merged in 1993. Our regular and controlled growth is based on the solid structure formed by that merger.
With offices in Nantes, Paris and Rennes, Cornet Vincent Ségurel applies the same values of professional commitment and business ethics to all its clients, whether they are large or small companies, local authorities and public bodies, or individuals.
We ensure that each assignment is allocated a dedicated, experienced contact person who will work with you at all times through to its completion.
Our service offering comprises a wide range of legal expertise complemented by a resolutely transversal approach to assignments using in-house management methods honed to perfection over many years.

We also forge partnerships with other professionals such as independent accountants, consultants, property agents and developers, notaries and estate or property administrators.
We are able to call rapidly both on our internal resources and on external resources, such as professors of law, independent experts, financial advisers, mergers and acquisitions specialists and crisis managers, to provide a global and pragmatic response that is soundly based in law.
