Public interest judicial agreement : what are its objectives and benefits ?

Why implement a judicial public interest agreement? The signing of a judicial public interest agreement (CJIP) between the Paris Public Prosecutor and LVMH, which was denounced in early 2022 by François Ruffin MP, the civil party, and the recent publication of new guidelines on the implementation of CJIPs, have highlighted the judicial public interest agreement (CJIP), a transactional tool available to the National Financial Prosecutor's Office, which was set up at the end of 2016.
