Nicolas de la TASTE worked for 18 months at GIDE in Prague and then joined Cornet Vincent Ségurel in 1999. He has been a partner since 2005.
He holds a certificate of specialization in Commercial, Business and Competition Law and speaks English and Spanish.
Nicolas de la TASTE is a former member of the Bar Council. He was President of the Communication Commission of the Nantes Bar Association and is a trainer at EDAGO (Ecole Des Avocats du Grand Ouest).
His practice covers commercial litigation, economic criminal law, commercial contracts, industrial and energy markets, as well as transportation and complex collections.
He mainly advises regional and national groups, as well as foreign companies, in the industrial, service and transport sectors, as well as significant players in the cooperative, agri-food and energy sectors. He has solid experience in contractual practice, commercial and criminal litigation and judicial expertise.
He assists managers and their companies in complex criminal litigation (tax fraud, favoritism, influence peddling).
This experience has also enabled him to deploy two complementary offers: crisis management and compliance. For these specific missions, he assists companies with the help of external partners.
